What is the Piscine?

The word Piscine (French for “swimming pool”) perfectly captures the experience — you dive head-first into a new world. For four weeks, you’ll learn the fundamentals of programming through real projects, peer-to-peer collaboration, and independent problem-solving. It’s challenging, rewarding, and above all, transformative.

Piscine isn't just a bootcamp — it's your gateway to 42 Prague. Successful completion gives you the chance to join our full-time tech studies program, which has undergone a huge transformation now. Over the course of 18 months (on average), you'll learn to code in C and Python, become a master of artificial intelligence, and choose whatever programming languages you want for your projects.

How to get in:

1. Create your profile on our website.
2. Complete the logic games — short online tests to assess your problem-solving skills.
3. Join an Introduction Meeting (online or on-campus) to learn more about the process.
4. Once you complete these steps, you can register for your chosen Piscine (May or July 2026).
