Before you can take off with coding at 42 Prague there are some small and bigger steps you need to take. Buckle up and let's get started!
To join 42 Prague you have to successfully register on our platform.
You will play two Logic Games that show us if you are eligible for becoming a 42 student. Take the challenge and find out if you have what it takes to get into coding.
Duration: 2 hours
In this Online Meeting the 42 Prague team introduces the program in detail. This is your chance to learn more, meet the staff, and ask further questions you may have.
Duration: 1 hour
The Piscine is a 4-weeks immersive training on campus. Dive deep into coding with C and Unix and find out if learning with 42 is for you. After you passed the piscine, you can start at any kick-off date.

Adventure is about to start! Are you ready for an exciting journey?
Now that you know how our Admission process works, we’d like to give you some insights on the last step - the „Piscine“. It’s the French word for „Swimming Pool“. The idea is that everyone learns how to swim by immediately jumping into the water. We believe it’s the same when you start programming. During the Piscine, candidates will dive into the world of coding. By working through challenging projects and solving daily assignments alongside your peers, you are given the opportunity to figure out if 42 Prague's peer-to-peer learning method suits you.
The Piscines takes place on a regular base. It is an immersive program with the mission to bring you, together with about 150 other candidates to spend 4 weeks, seven days a week, day and night (including weekends) coding your heart out.
After the Piscine, we will carefully evaluate each candidate to determine if they are a good match for the 42 Prague curriculum and community. There is no way to prepare for a Piscine. We only recommend that you get plenty of rest beforehand and be ready to interact and learn a lot! The most important thing you should know about the Piscine: it is not a competition! Cooperation and enthusiasm are two success factors that will help you make it through this unique experience.
