The Challenge: AI Skill Coach

Design a tool that helps people grow.

The core challenge is to create an AI-powered tool for employees, managers, and HR departments. Its main purpose is to analyze employees' current and future skills, compare them with the requirements of specific job positions, and propose individualized development plans.

The goal is simple: Empower smarter decisions and continuous learning.

Your Prototype: What Can You Build? 👷

During the hackathon, you will receive a real dataset from Škoda Auto to build a functional prototype. You have the freedom to design a unique solution - whether it's a dashboard, chatbot, visualization, or a completely new concept.

Your prototype could take the form of 📐:

AI Dashboard: For managers, providing an overview of team skills and critical gaps.

Chatbot/Tool for Employees: Recommending tailored courses and projects based on personal goals.

HR Tool: Identifying suitable candidates for vacancies based on skill match.

Predictive Model: Estimating future skill needs to inform strategic planning.
