The Role: Communication & Content Specialist (Junior-Friendly!) We are looking for a creative soul to become the "voice" of our campus. This is the ultimate playground for a marketing beginner because you won’t just be the one doing the boring job. You’ll get a lot of freedom but also responsibility!
What You’ll Do
- Social Media Management: Run our Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YT Shorts. Plan, create, and publish engaging content while interacting with our audience daily.
- Content & Ads: Shoot and edit photos and videos (Premiere Pro, Canva). Create fast-paced ad creatives for our PPC specialist and occasional long-form videos.
- Community & Events: Attend campus events, capture the vibe, and chat with students to gather authentic content ideas. Be a warm, welcoming face to our external guests.
- Strategy, Communication & Admin: Work with the Marketing Lead to track growth, refine our Tone of Voice, and keep communication smooth using Notion, Slack, and WhatsApp. You will also be helping with the content update of our website!
What You Bring
- High-level proficiency in both English and Czech. You’ve got perfect grammar.
- Deep understanding of personas, targeting, and brand positioning.
- You are well organized and reliable. It can be pretty busy at our office, so self-management is needed.
- You can plan content, and can think complexly.
- Preferably hands-on experience with Premiere Pro, Canva, and AI tools to speed up ideation and copywriting.
- You own a phone with a high-quality camera or a camera and a laptop.
- You have the capacity to attend events for content creation and support.
Your Personality
- You are naturally friendly and enjoy interacting with people at events.
- You don't wait for tasks; you find opportunities. You are PROACTIVE. (Seriously, you will hate this job if you are just waiting for tasks.)
- You are community-minded. You can easily talk to students and immerse yourself in the campus culture.
